Application Process

The process outlined below is designed for seamless integration within the CAGA ecosystem. The typical timeline for completion is estimated at 1-2 months, depending on the volume of submissions.

1. Application Submission

  • Complete the application form and attach a one-pager or short presentation addressing the following points:

    • Team and Experience: Detail your team's composition, experience, and expertise.

    • Project Overview: Describe the type, target platforms, and maturity stage of your project.

    • Project Concept: Explain the unique experiences your project will create for users and the envisioned endgame.

    • Ecosystem Alignment: How does your project complement the CAGA ecosystem, and how can our resources amplify your success?

    • Prototype: Include a prototype or demo that showcases your project's current development stage.

2. Shortlisting

  • Projects with high potential will be shortlisted and asked to submit a detailed presentation and conduct a 20-minute pitch covering:

    • Detailed Team and Experience: Expand on your team's capabilities and growth plans.

    • In-depth Project Overview and Concept: Further detail the project type, target audience, and user experience.

    • Economics and Tokenomics: Describe the economic model, including core loops and potential integrations with CAGA's features.

    • Market Strategy: How will you attract and engage your target audience?

    • Strategic Alignment and Funding: Reinforce how your project aligns with CAGA's goals and outline your funding strategy.

3. Detailed Review

  • We conduct a comprehensive review based on the Assessment Criteria below, possibly followed by discussions to clarify project details.

4. Decision

  • Successful applicants will be notified and terms of partnership (such as commitments, milestones, and duration) will be finalized.

5. Launch & Implementation

  • Jointly develop go-to-market plans with the CAGA core team to ensure a successful launch.


Assessment Criteria

Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Strategic Alignment: Long-term vision, alignment with CAGA's values, and a commitment to building within a community-driven ecosystem.

  • Team Capability: In-house key members, previous project experience, and a collaborative, open mindset.

  • Project Design and Audience Engagement: Clear concept, detailed design, prototypes, and strategies for player retention and engagement.

  • Economic Sustainability: Well-thought-out economic model with balanced supply and demand dynamics.

  • Ecosystem Value: Contributions to and integration with the CAGA ecosystem, including potential uses of CAGA's features and tokens.

Requirements

  • Ecosystem Integration: Commit to using the CAGA platform as your primary blockchain environment.

  • Tooling Use: Utilize CAGA's development tools for identity, payments, and more.

  • Marketplace and Exchange Use: Preferably use CAGA for your project's NFTs and our DEX for token swaps involving CAGA tokens.

  • Commitment to Partnership: Explore meaningful integrations with CAGA's systems and potentially other projects on our network.
