# Security and Stability

The CAGA Network's PoA consensus mechanism significantly enhances security by limiting block creation to a select group of trusted validators. This reduces the risk of adversarial attacks that are more common in PoW or Proof of Stake (PoS) networks. The predictable block times and the absence of mining competition ensure a stable and consistent transaction validation process.
